A meeting took place in Vienna between Gayane Umerova, Chairperson of the Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation, and Peter Launsky-Tieffenthal, Adviser to the Federal Chancellor of Austria on International Affairs.
The parties discussed prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation, including collaboration in the cultural sphere, the expansion of institutional ties and the strengthening of international dialogue. Particular attention was given to projects in the field of music, including the regular participation of the Alisher Navoi State Academic Bolshoi Theatre in the Salzburg Festival from 2027, as well as the implementation of museum projects in partnership with the Albertina and the Weltmuseum.
