Only a few days remain until the concert performance of the opera Tamerlano by George Frideric Handel, which will take place on 9 April in Vienna at the Musikverein.
The concert will be presented in a concert performance format, where the primary focus is on the music, choir, and solo parts. Handel’s score will be performed in a contemporary interpretation by Kirill Richter, featuring Juan Sancho, Jenisbek Piyazov, and Olga Peretyatko, accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan under the baton of Alibek Kabdurakhmanov.
