Following the selection process for the Young Ambassadors programme of the Michelangelo Foundation, representatives of Uzbekistan — Diyorbek Abdullayev and Sabina Jurayeva — will serve as mediators at Homo Faber 2026 in Venice.
Diyorbek Abdullayev is a graduate of the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, and works as an architect and artist. Sabina Dzhurayeva is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at Bucheon University in Tashkent and the founder of Chronos.Arc studio.

The two young professionals will join a one-and-a-half-month programme in Italy, taking part in a programme dedicated to art, craftsmanship and cultural exchange. As part of their preparation, the mediators are completing online training and webinars and familiarising themselves with the content of the upcoming exhibition.

The selection process was conducted online. The Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation supported the promotion of the programme and the submission of applications to the Michelangelo Foundation, which carried out the final selection of participants.
